There is a man crouched on a street corner. People pass by quickly. His mouth moves, yet no voice is heard ... The video returns to real-time as he pulls her, and the characters exit the frame.
The footage was shot in Buenos Aires and edited in the US.
Screenings: Video Art For All Festival in Macau, LOOP Video Art Festival '08 and One Minute Film & Video Festival Aarau in Switzerland. Additionally the Delay is part of the One Minute Film Collection on Video Channel: video project environments.
It has also been exhibited in the US, China, and France as a part of the body of work An Infinite Ordered Set of Events/You are a Perpetual Tourist.
