| Nicole Rademacher was born in 1978 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is currently working on many short - and extremely short - videos exploring longing and distance. She began studying architecture, where she then discovered the still camera, and subsequently the moving image. She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and she is completing her MFA at Alfred University. She has exhibited and screened work internationally, including Chicago; New York; Nantes, France; Berlin, Germany; Barcelona, Spain; and Beijing, China. |
